1.2. BUYER

Within the scope of this agreement, the “BUYER” refers to the person purchasing products/services through the website. The BUYER’s information shall be based on the details declared during the order process.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the BUYER through the website [kaledokum.com], the qualifications and sales price of which are specified below.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Products Sold: Motor Flanges, Motor Fan Covers

The type, quantity, sales price, and payment details of the products are specified in the system before the order is completed.

4. DELIVERY

Products are shipped within 1–3 business days following order confirmation. Delivery is made to the address specified by the BUYER in the order form.

Shipping Cost: Shall be borne by the BUYER.

5. PAYMENT METHOD

The BUYER has completed the payment using the payment method selected during the order process. Payments are made through the iyzico infrastructure via credit card or bank transfer/EFT methods.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the product without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.

However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products specially manufactured upon personal request or clearly prepared according to personal needs.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified in writing within this period, and the product must remain unused.

7. RETURN CONDITIONS

The product to be returned must be sent back together with its invoice and in its original, undamaged packaging. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the BUYER when exercising the right of withdrawal.

8. COMPETENT COURT

In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction. The consumer arbitration committee or court located where the SELLER is based shall be authorized.

9. EFFECTIVENESS

By placing an order through the website, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this agreement.
