📦 Shipping Policy

This “Shipping Policy” has been prepared to inform users about the shipping, delivery time, shipping fees, and delivery process of products purchased through kaledokum.com.

1. Shipping Process

Your orders are delivered to the shipping company within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time may vary depending on the recipient’s city and the workload of the shipping company. Generally, delivery takes between 1–5 business days.

Public holidays and weekends are not included in the shipping process.

2. Shipping Carrier

Your orders are shipped through reliable courier companies we work with. Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via SMS or email.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are clearly stated on the product page or during the checkout process.

Free shipping campaigns may be offered periodically for orders above a certain amount. Such campaigns will be announced on the website.

Shipping fees apply only to deliveries within Türkiye. At this time, international shipping is not available.

4. Delivery and Inspection

We recommend checking the package in the presence of the courier upon delivery. In the event of damaged, missing, or incorrect products, you should request an official report and refuse to accept the package.

The company does not accept responsibility for damages or missing items reported after delivery has been completed.

5. Undeliverable Orders

If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, the courier company will generally attempt a second delivery.

If the recipient still cannot be reached, the package will be returned by the shipping company. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.

Return and Cancellation Policy

Return and cancellation procedures for physical products are carried out under the following conditions:

  • You have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product to be returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and complete.

  • Return requests must be submitted in writing to kaledokum@hotmail.com.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or faulty.

  • Once the returned product reaches our company, the payment will be refunded within 5 business days using the same payment method.

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete products are not eligible for return.
