  • Bank Transfer / EFT

All payments are made in Turkish Lira (₺). Credit card payments are processed through the third-party payment provider Iyzico, and all transactions on the website are protected by a 256-bit SSL security certificate. kaledokum.com does not store users’ credit card information under any circumstances.

3. Delivery Conditions

Ordered products are shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination address. You will be informed via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

All shipments are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transportation. Please inspect the package upon delivery; if you notice any damage, request a report from the courier and return the package to the delivery personnel.

4. Return and Cancellation Policy

Return and cancellation procedures for physical products are carried out under the following conditions:

  • You have the right to return the product within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and complete.

  • Return requests must be submitted in writing to kaledokum@hotmail.com.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or faulty.

  • Once the returned product reaches our company, the payment will be refunded within 5 business days using the same payment method.

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete products are not eligible for return.

5. Terms of Use

  • You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

  • Any use of our products outside their technical specifications is the responsibility of the user.

  • Unauthorized use of the content, photographs, and product descriptions on the website is prohibited.
